We're looking for a friendly and reliable Casual Retail Team Member to join our Carrum Downs store.
What You'll Do n
Provide friendly customer service
n
Serve and package donuts and other products
n
Prepare coffee and beverages
n
Operate the POS and process customer transactions
n
Keep the store clean, organised and well-presented
n
Restock products and assist with daily store duties
n
Work as part of a supportive team
What We're Looking For n
Previous retail, hospitality or customer service experience is preferred
n
Friendly and customer-focused attitude
n
Reliable and responsible
n
Good communication and teamwork skills
n




Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
n
POS or cash-handling experience is a plus
Availability n
Full availability Monday to Sunday is preferred
n
Adaptable to work across different shifts
n
Weekend availability is required
n
