Lives Lived Well is seeking Registered Nurses for Residential AOD Services in Ipswich.
You will provide clinical assessment, medication management and health monitoring across withdrawal and rehabilitation units, supported by a multidisciplinary team.Two permanent part time positions are available with specific shift patterns.
You will collaborate with the Clinical Nurse Lead and external health professionals to ensure safe, person-centred, recovery-oriented care and accurate documentation.
