Logic Technologies is growing business looking for an experiencedFinance Manager &Administration; Managerto join our team and play a key role in supporting our continued growth.
n
This is ahands-on finance rolewith a strong focus onAP/AR and finance administration, alongside financial reporting, analysis and commercial business partnering. You'll be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day finance function runs accurately and efficiently, while also providing the insights that help the business make better decisions.
What you'll be responsible for n
n
Own and oversee AP & AR, including supplier payments, customer invoicing, collections and account reconciliations.
n
Maintain accurate financial records and strong financial controls.
n
Manage month-end processes, includingP&L; reporting, journals, variance analysis and balance sheet reconciliations.
n
Prepare financial reports, forecasts and budgets and provide clear commentary on performance.
n
Analyse costs, opportunities and business performance, turning financial data into practical recommendations.
n
Partner with operational and management teams to support commercial decision-making.
n
Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and cost control.
n
Manage the administration and tracking of supplier/vendor rebates and incentive programs.
n




Support audit requirements and broader finance and business administration as required.
n
About you n
You're a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys getting into the detail but can also step back and understand the bigger picture and can confidently move between detailed financial analysis and high-level business conversations.
You'll bring: n
n
Bachelor's degree in accounting andCA/CPA qualification.
n
3–5+ years' experience in a similar finance role.
n
StrongAP/AR and general finance administration experience.
n
Solid month-end, reporting and reconciliation skills.
n
Advanced Excel skills and experience withSAP Business One (SAP B1).
n
Excellent attention to detail, organisation and communication skills.
n
The confidence to work with stakeholders across all levels and challenge the status quo when you see an opportunity to improve.
n
Experience in amulti-site, distribution or growing business, along with process improvement or change management experience, would be highly regarded.
