Experienced credit leaders will support you as you build confidence and take on greater responsibility.What you'll doReview SME applications, financial statements, cash flow forecasts and business expenses.Assess transaction risks and security structures.Prepare clear, well-reasoned credit recommendations.Work with Sales, brokers, customers and Operations to keep applications moving.Help check documents and approval conditions ahead of settlement.Spot issues early and contribute ideas to improve processes.What you'll bringAt least 12 months' experience in credit, lending or a related finance role.
Consumer lending and asset finance experience are welcome.Confidence with numbers and curiosity about how businesses operate.Strong attention to detail and explicit communication.A practical approach to risk and the confidence to ask good questions.A positive attitude and willingness to learn from an experienced team.You'll join a collaborative business that gives you exposure to a broad range of deals and room to grow beyond a narrow credit role.
