The SAP SuccessFactors Consultant will provide technical expertise across
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, SAP BIB and HR data replication
, supporting complex HR integrations and resolving data synchronisation issues across HR and payroll systems.
Key Responsibilities n
n
Design, configure and support
Employee Central data replication
and integrations.
n
Develop and manage
SAP BIB (Business Integration Builder)
configurations.
n
Support employee and organisational data replication across HR systems.
n
Analyse and resolve
replication failures, data inconsistencies and synchronisation issues
.
n
Perform data mapping and transformation across complex HR scenarios.
n
Work with
Foundation Objects and HR master data structures
to ensure accurate data flow.
n
Monitor integrations, investigate errors and implement effective solutions.
n
Support integrations across
SuccessFactors Employee Central, EC Payroll, SAP HCM and SAP S/4HANA
.
n
Collaborate with technical and functional teams on




HR and payroll transformation initiatives
.
n
Support global HR/payroll environments and contribute to integration improvements.
n
Required Experience & Skills n
n
10+ years of SAP HCM / SuccessFactors experience
.
n
Strong hands‐on experience with
SuccessFactors Employee Central
.
n
Proven expertise in
SAP BIB and complex HR data replication
.
n
Strong understanding of employee and organisational replication.
n
Experience troubleshooting and monitoring integrations.
n
Robust knowledge of data mapping, transformation and HR master data structures.
n
Experience with
EC Payroll, SAP HCM and SAP S/4HANA
.
n
Experience with
SAP CPI integrations
is desirable.
n
Demonstrated experience resolving complex replication and data synchronisation issues.
n
Experience supporting
global HR/payroll transformation programmes
.
n
Strong analytical, problem‐solving and communication skills.
n
Self‐driven and able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
n
