GATTUSO TRANSPORT & PACKAGING P/L is seeking a General Admin/Bookkeeper to join our team on a full-time basis in Shepparton East, VIC.
This role is essential to the smooth operation of our business, providing critical administrative and financial support across the organisation.
You will be responsible for managing day-to-day load delivery confirmations and follow up, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting our management team.Key responsibilitiesAssist with maintaining comprehensive financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivableProcessing invoices, receipts and payment documentation with accuracy and attention to detailManaging general office administration tasks, including Proof Of Delivery confirmationsProviding administrative support to multiple departments and team membersMaintaining confidentiality of sensitive business and financial informationWhat we're looking forProven experience as an administrative assistant, bookkeeper or similar role within a fast-paced business environmentStrong proficiency in bookkeeping practices and financial record-keepingCompetency with accounting software and Microsoft Office applications (particularly Excel)Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneouslyAttention to detail and accuracyStrong written and verbal communication skillsProfessional discretion and the ability to maintain confidentialityReliable and punctual with a positive attitude towards teamworkRelevant qualifications in bookkeeping, accounting or administration are desirableExperience in the transport/logistics industries would be advantageousWhat we offerWorking at GATTUSO TRANSPORT & PACKAGING P/L, you will be part of an established business with strong values in reliability and professionalism.
