In this key role, you would carry out necessary maintenance,repairs and testing of our healthcare equipment.
This equipment would includebeds, patient hoists, wheelchairs, motorised scooters and a wide range ofmedical equipment and health aids.

Hours: Monday –Friday, Full Time Permanent
Essential Skills & Qualifications
Preference for a Mechanical orService Technician background or field experience within the healthcare orservice-related sector.
Strong problem solving to customer'sneeds and provide appropriate solutions
Ability to deliver a high level ofcommunication and professional customer service
The ability to work independentlywith strong time management, punctuality and admin skillset
Current and valid Driver'sLicense and willing to travel to meet client requirements
Duties & Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and complete repairsand servicing with the highest level of skill and customer service
Preparing clear, accurate andconcise service records
Maintaining servicing equipment and the company vehiclein a positive condition,



ensuring inventory is adequate
Become an expert on our products,staying up-to-date with new features and offerings and using this knowledge todeliver seamless repairs
Maintain the safety and integrity ofall serviced products in accordance with Australian Standards and CompanyPolicy
