Ku-Ring-Gai Neighbourhood Centre Ltd (KNC) is seeking a full time bookkeeper to join their team in St Ives, NSW.
We are an aged care provider operating in St Ives for over 45 years.
This is an excellent role for a detail-oriented, organised individual who enjoys working with numbers and as part of a close-knit team.
As a bookkeeper you will play a vital role in the organisation's financial management and reporting, contributing to the overall success of KNC.What you'll be doing:Bookkeeping, invoicing and bank reconciliationsMaintaining accurate financial records and reports, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.Managing tasks, deadlines and following up on outstanding workCoordinating with staff, suppliers, accountants and external contractorsPreparing clear reportsFollowing existing processes and contributing to the continuous improvement of financial processes and controlsMaintain supplier records and follow up account queries where requiredWhat we're looking for:Previous experience in bookkeeping, accounts administration or a similar finance/admin rolePractical experience using MYOBStrong knowledge of accounts payable, receivables and bank reconciliationsExcellent administrative and organisational skillsConfidence in working with financial reportsStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills,
