You'll ensure our fleet remains safe, reliable, and ready for hire,



playing a key role in keeping our operations and customers moving.You'll be joining a supportive and experienced team that values quality workmanship, efficiency, and safety.Key responsibilitiesPerform routine maintenance and repairs on Earthmoving & landscaping equipment, EWP's, forklifts and other hire equipmentDiagnose mechanical and electric faults and complete repairs efficiently and safelyCarry out scheduled servicing and inspectionsPrepare equipment for hireMaintain workshop cleanliness and organisationManage time effectively to meet operational prioritiesEnsure compliance with WHS and company safety proceduresWhat we're looking forWe're looking for someone long-term who is reliable, practical and takes pride in their work.Relevant trade qualification (Light Vehicle, Heavy Vehicle, Plant Mechanic or Mobile Plant technology)Must have own hand/general tools for in the workshop (Camden Hire to supply diagnostic tools, Power tools, large tools etc)Strong attention to detail and pride in your workPositive attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a teamWorking hours are negotiable and will be discussed during the interview process.More than just a jobAt Camden Hire we value our staff, you are not just a number.We're a family owned business where honesty, integrity, reliability and teamwork matter.
