You will work closely with our Stylist and Shoot Production Manager to help execute photo shoots from concept to completion.
No two days are the same - you'll be involved in shoot production, styling preparation, sample coordination, on‐set styling, model castings and post‐production.
We are looking for a highly organised, creative, and hands‐on Styling & Shoot Production Assistant to support our Stylist and Shoot Production Manager across campaign shoots, eCommerce content, and brand imagery.
This role is perfect for someone who loves fashion, thrives in a fast‐paced environment, and enjoys bringing creative concepts to life while staying exceptionally organised behind the scenes.
What You'll Be Doing:
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with pre‐shoot preparation including coordinating samples
Steam garments and ensure all items are shoot‐ready
Organise and carry out castings
Help manage and organise samples/shippers before and after shoots
Provide general administrative support to the Shoot Producer
Support on‐set during shoots as needed

Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Proactive and reliable with the ability to multitask
A team player with a can‐do attitude
Previous experience in fashion, e‐commerce or shoots.
