They are now looking to appoint anIntermediate Accountantas part of their continued growth.
The office has aflat, collaborative structure, providing direct access to the Principals and a supportive workplace where you can continue to develop.The client base is predominantly made up of sole traders, SMEs and family-owned businesses across a diverse range of industries, including construction, primary production, healthcare, NDIS and hospitality.

resources and growth opportunities of the wider group.The firm utilises a range of established accounting and practice management platforms, including Xero, FYI Docs, Ignition, NowInfinity and ATOmate.You will have key responsibilities which will include:Preparing financial statements and reports for a diverse range of entitiesPreparing tax returns for individuals, companies, partnerships and trustsAssisting with BAS, IAS and other taxation and compliance obligationsPreparing workpapers, reconciliations and supporting documentation for accounting and tax engagementsLiaising with clients, the ATO, ASIC and other relevant regulatory bodies regarding compliance mattersSupporting Senior Accountants and Managers with client engagements, tax and accounting matters, and other ad hoc dutiesThe ideal candidate will posses:CA/CPA studying (or looking to commence)Strong communication skills - both written and verbal2 years + experience in a public practice environmentFamiliarity with Xero and other accounting platformsGenuine desire to be client facing and progress in your career
