From gaming builds to custom workstations, we're passionate about great hardware, excellent value and helping customers find the right PC.We're looking for a creative, proactive individual to help grow our social media presence and bring our products and campaigns to life online.About the RoleThis is a hands-on role combining content planning, social media management and eCommerce marketing.You'll develop ideas, coordinate content production, appear on camera and manage publishing, while helping keep our Shopify website and promotional campaigns fresh, accurate and effective.You'll work alongside our in-house video editor and graphic designer, who handle video editing and graphic design.
Your focus will be on creative direction, clear briefs, content capture, campaign coordination and getting the finished content in front of the right audience.You'll work closely with our team to showcase PC builds, explain hardware, promote and create offers and capture what happens behind the scenes at Nebula PC.Your ResponsibilitiesContent & Social MediaPlan and manage a content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube.Develop ideas for build showcases, educational videos, product comparisons, trends, memes and behind-the-scenes content.Prepare scripts, talking points, shot lists and creative briefs for our in-house video editor and graphic designer.Coordinate filming and assist with capturing product and workshop content.Present on camera and work with team members appearing in content.Review edited videos and graphics, providing feedback to ensure they match the brief, brand and campaign goals.Write engaging captions, schedule posts and publish content across platforms.Track content performance and use the results to improve reach, engagement and website traffic.eCommerce & Campaign SupportDevelop campaign ideas that drive sales,



attract new customers and encourage repeat purchases, including product launches, seasonal promotions, bundles and customer offers.Plan and coordinate campaigns across our website, email and social media, working with our in-house video editor and graphic designer on creative assets.Review the website's user experience and interface, identifying ways to improve navigation, product discovery, PC configuration and checkout.Turn improvement ideas into clear briefs for our in-house developer, then coordinate implementation, testing and review.Analyse sales performance, customer feedback and competitor activity to identify opportunities to improve conversion rates, average order value and customer retention.Recommend pricing structures, product tiers, bundles and upgrade options that balance customer value, competitiveness and profitability.Identify products, accessories and services we should introduce, expand or retire based on customer demand and commercial potential.Propose recent PC concepts, looks and designs, including case styles, colour themes, component combinations and customisation options, working with our technical team to assess feasibility.Review our existing PC range and recommend improvements to specifications, positioning, naming and product presentation.Identify improvements to backend systems and workflows, including product management, promotional setup, integrations and order processes.Work with our in-house developer and third-party app developers to improve functionality, resolve limitations and reduce manual work.Maintain accurate Shopify product listings,



promotional content and landing pages.Coordinate email marketing campaigns, including campaign concepts, copy, product selection and creative briefs with our graphic designers.Track campaign and website performance, report on results and recommend practical next steps.What We're Looking ForExperience managing social media or coordinating content for a business, brand or your own successful social channels.A good understanding of Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, including platform trends and what makes content engaging.The ability to develop strong content concepts and communicate them through clear scripts and creative briefs.Confidence appearing on camera and explaining products in an engaging, approachable way.A strong eye for visual content and the ability to give constructive feedback on videos and graphics.Strong written communication, attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines.Initiative, reliable follow-through and the ability to collaborate with different teams.An interest in gaming, PCs or technology, with a willingness to learn our products.Highly regarded:Experience with Shopify and email marketing platforms.Previous work in eCommerce, consumer technology or gaming.Experience interpreting social media and website performance data.Familiarity with paid social advertising and influencer collaborations.Why Join Nebula PC?
