Our work is guided by compassion, respect, integrity, and a genuine commitment to celebrating cultural diversity.About the RoleMake a meaningful difference in the lives of people experiencing mental health challenges.As a Multicultural Mental Health Recovery Worker, you will provide recovery-oriented psychosocial support to individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Working within a collaborative partnership with World Wellness Group (WWG), you will assist participants to identify their goals, build resilience, strengthen community connections, and improve overall wellbeing.This role focuses on delivering culturally responsive, trauma-informed,



and person-centred supports that enable individuals to achieve positive recovery outcomes and live meaningful lives within their communities.What You Will DoDeliver individual and group-based recovery support tailored to participants' needs, strengths, and goals.Conduct culturally responsive psychosocial assessments using evidence-based tools.Develop, implement, and regularly review personalised recovery plans.Support participants to build independence, resilience, life skills, and community connections.Provide culturally appropriate referrals and facilitate access to health, community, and social services.Work collaboratively with participants, families, carers, community groups, and service providers.Advocate for participants and assist them in navigating complex health and social care systems.Connect participants with specialised mental health supports and promote culturally inclusive service delivery.Deliver recovery-oriented supports informed by trauma-aware and strengths-based practice.Maintain accurate case notes, reporting, and documentation using digital client management systems.Contribute to service evaluation, continuous improvement, and program development activities.Manage competing priorities effectively while responding to emerging participant needs.Essential Skills and ExperienceCertificate IV or higher qualification in Mental Health, Community Services, Social Work, Psychology, Human Services,
