We are looking for trainers who can build positive relationships with students, create supportive learning environments, and help learners develop the confidence and skills needed to succeed in the workplace.Delivery may include face-to-face, blended and online training across a range of funded and fee-for-service programs.Qualifications We DeliverWe are currently seeking trainers with experience in one or more of the following qualifications:CHC***** Certificate III in Community ServicesCHC***** Certificate III in Individual SupportCHC***** Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family InterventionCHC***** Certificate IV in Youth WorkFSK***** Certificate II in Skills for Work and Vocational PathwaysKey ResponsibilitiesDeliver engaging training and assessment in classroom, workplace,



blended and online environmentsSupport students throughout their learning journeyFacilitate practical activities, discussions and workplace-based learningConduct assessments and provide timely, constructive feedbackIdentify and support learners who may require additional assistanceMaintain accurate training and assessment recordsWork collaboratively with the training, compliance and student support teamsWhat We're Looking ForRelevant vocational qualifications and industry experience in Community Services, Youth Work, Individual Support and/or Ageing SupportCurrent industry knowledge and vocational currencyA passion for supporting learners from diverse backgroundsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExperience working with disadvantaged or at-risk cohorts will be highly regardedConfidence facilitating practical, interactive and learner-centred trainingTAE***** Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent as prescribed by the Standards for RTOs)Relevant qualification at least to the level being delivered and assessedCurrent industry experience and vocational competencyCurrent Driver Licence and willingness to travel when requiredCurrent Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening (or ability to obtain)Why Join Look Now Training?
