We're looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Vehicle Procurement Consultant to join our Vehicle Procurement team.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating multiple requests, building relationships, and ensuring things are completed accurately and on time.
You'll work closely with internal stakeholders and dealer partners to obtain vehicle pricing, monitor service levels, and ensure quotations are delivered efficiently to support our customers.We're looking for someone who is highly organised, communicates confidently,
and can manage their workload with minimal supervision.What you'll be doing:Processing vehicle requests received from Novated Lease ConsultantsSending pricing requests to dealerships and following up responsesReviewing and challenging pricing where appropriate to achieve the best outcomeMonitoring dealership response times and ensuring agreed service levels are metPreparing and issuing vehicle quotations to internal stakeholdersBuilding strong relationships with dealership contacts and internal teamsMaintaining accurate records and managing multiple requests simultaneouslyProviding a high level of service and support throughout the quotation processWhat we're looking forWe're looking for someone who is highly organised, communicates confidently, and can manage their workload with minimal supervision.You'll be successful in this role if you have:Experience in administration, coordination, customer service, sales support, fleet, automotive, leasing, or financial services environmentsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyThe ability to build positive relationships with a range of stakeholdersGood time management and organisational skillsA proactive approach to following up and getting things doneThe ability to work independently and manage competing prioritiesConfidence using systems and managing administrative processesA customer-focused mindsetWhat's in it for you?
