Become the Venue Manager at North Lakes Jungle Adventure

Ready to lead an amazing team and take the reins of one of North Lakes' most exciting entertainment venues?
North Lakes Jungle Adventure is looking for an energetic, people-focused Venue Manager to lead the team, drive venue performance and create Moments That Matter for every guest who walks through the doors.
This is more than an operations role.
You'll be the face of the venue, building a strong team culture, delivering an exceptional guest experience and keeping the energy high from open to close.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Lead, coach and develop a high-performing venue team
Build a positive, energetic and accountable team culture
Take ownership of venue performance, sales and operational results
Create an outstanding guest experience across the entire venue
Lead from the front during busy periods, weekends and school holidays
Recruit, onboard and develop team members
Manage day-to-day venue operations, including opening and closing
Maintain high standards across customer service, safety, cleanliness and presentation
Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally
Drive parties, events and other revenue opportunities
Monitor venue targets and identify opportunities to improve performance




Work closely with your Regional Manager and wider The Jungle Adventure team
ABOUT YOU
You're a confident leader who loves working with people, thrives in a fast-paced setting and knows how to bring energy to a team.
You'll ideally have:
Experience in a Venue Manager, Assistant Venue Manager or senior leadership role
Strong people leadership and communication skills
A genuine passion for customer service and creating memorable experiences
Commercial awareness and a focus on achieving resultsThe ability to stay calm, organised and hands‐on in a busy entertainment environment
A proactive approach and strong accountability
The ability to coach, motivate and develop a diverse team
Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, including evenings, weekends and school holidays
