We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Quality & Reporting Specialist to join our team in Cannon Hill.
This is a key support role responsible for reporting, invoicing, document control, compliance administration, and supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy service delivery team.
You will play an important role in maintaining accurate records, producing quality reports, supporting invoicing processes, and ensuring documentation is managed to a high standard.
We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, enjoys working autonomously, and has a strong commitment to accuracy and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain customer and operational reports
Manage invoicing, purchase orders, and administration activities
Maintain document control systems and accurate records
Support compliance and quality assurance processes
Coordinate and update operational documentation and procedures
Monitor and maintain data accuracy across multiple systems
Support internal and external audit requirements
Liaise with internal stakeholders and customers regarding reporting and administrative matters
Assist with process improvements and administrative efficiencies
Provide general administration support to the broader team as required
Skills & Experience:
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word and Excel




Experience managing invoicing and purchase orders
Demonstrated document control or records management experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
Positive, team-focused attitude with a willingness to support others
Strong organisational and time management skills
Experience within facilities management, service operations, maintenance, or similar environments
Exposure to compliance, quality assurance, health and safety, or audit processes
Experience maintaining licences, certifications, or compliance documentation
Process-driven approach with a focus on continuous improvement
Experience working with reporting systems or operational databases
