For over 25 years, we've been helping owners, investors and occupiers buy, sell, lease and manage industrial real estate throughout Melbourne's northern and western suburbs.
Our property management department is growing, and we're looking for a Commercial Property Manager to join us.
The Role
You'll manage an industrial property portfolio, deal directly with owners and tenants and work closely with our property management, sales and leasing teams.
You'll be responsible for:
Managing relationships with owners and tenants
Coordinating repairs, maintenance and contractors
Conducting entry and exit inspections and condition reports
Managing lease renewals, options and rent reviews
Monitoring and following up rental and outgoings arrears
Preparing leases, notices and other documentation
Keeping clients informed and managing day-to-day property issues
Who We're Looking For
You may already have experience in commercial property management,
or you may be looking to make the move from residential into commercial.
We're looking for someone who is organised, communicates well, takes responsibility for their work and enjoys being part of a team.
You'll need:
A current Agents Representative Certificate or equivalent
A valid driver's licence
