We have two opportunities available:Finance Officer – Full–TimeFinance Officer – Part–Time (3 days per week)Immediate start is preferredAbout the RoleThe Finance Officer will provide efficient financial and administrative support across the Finance function.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their finance career who is eager to learn, develop, and contribute within a supportive team environment.We are looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and has a positive attitude with a willingness to learn new systems and processes.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain the Accounts email inbox and assist customers with enquiriesProcess Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactionsPrepare and issue invoices and follow up outstanding paymentsPerform bank reconciliations and process domestic and international paymentsMonitor bank accounts, corporate credit card balances and update cash flow documentationAssist with bookkeeping activities and general finance administrationMaintain employee finance-related records, including Fleet Cards, Toll Tags and expense processingSupport monthly reporting in Excel and Power BIAssist with ad hoc finance reporting and administrative tasksEnsure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and health and safety proceduresAbout You2–3 years' experience in a finance,
