Client Service Officer - Multiple Positions AvailableMAYDAY Recruitment is excited to be partnering with a leading financial services organisation to recruit an experienced Client Services Officer to join their growing team.This is a fantastic opportunity for a customer-focused professional with financial services experience who enjoys building strong relationships, solving problems and delivering exceptional service.The OpportunityAs a Client Services Officer, you will be a key point of contact for clients, financial advisers and dealer groups, providing high-quality service and supporting the smooth administration of client accounts.You'll be responsible for:Managing client account maintenance and processing transactionsProviding administration support to financial advisers and dealer groupsResponding to client and adviser enquiries via phone, email and chatManaging inbound and outbound contact centre enquiriesSupporting client transitions and onboardingPreparing welcome communications and client correspondenceBuilding and maintaining strong client relationshipsDrafting and producing client communications as requiredMaintaining accurate client records,



file notes and documentationEnsuring client files and activities meet compliance requirementsWorking collaboratively with internal teams to resolve enquiries and deliver positive outcomesAbout YouWe're looking for someone who is customer-focused, organised and confident working in a high-volume environment.You'll ideally bring:Previous experience in a contact centre or high-volume client service environmentExperience within financial services, ideally superannuation, managed funds, IDPS or platformsExperience using regulated registry or member administration systemsKnowledge of financial services products and platform, reporting or wrap servicesStrong communication and relationship-building skillsExcellent attention to detail and time managementIntermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Excel and WordA proactive, solutions-focused approach with a genuine commitment to client serviceThe ability to work collaboratively while also taking ownership and accountability for your workTertiary qualifications will be highly regarded.Why Join?
