SDN Kingsford - Senior Educator- Full TimeSDN Kingsford centre is looking for a confident and proactive Diploma-qualified Senior Educator to join our team on a permanent full-time basis, working 38 hours per week across five days.
Initially, this role will initially provide flexible support across all rooms, including programming support, lunch cover and assistance with daily operations, with the potential to transition into a permanent room which will be the 3-5 years pre-school room with fixed shifts.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Educator who enjoys variety, takes initiative and builds strong relationships across the centre.
Working alongside a fun, collaborative and supportive team, you will help deliver high-quality early learning experiences and create safe, inclusive and engaging environments where children and families feel valued, connected and supported.About The RoleThis will include:Supporting educators across all age groups with programming, routines, lunch cover and day-to-day room operationsPlanning and delivering engaging learning experiences aligned with the EYLF and National Quality Standards NQSLeading observation, documentation and reflective practice to support children's learning and developmentBuilding positive and meaningful relationships with children and families across the centreCreating safe, inclusive and stimulating environments that support children's wellbeing and developmentSupporting children's daily care needs, routines and participation, including children with additional needsUpholding SDN's child safety, compliance,
