Your role will include:
Managing a residential portfolio of 150 LOCAL properties with assistanceOverseeing all aspects of property managementConducting entry and exit condition reports when requiredLiaising with landlords, tenants,



and trades to ensure smooth tenancy operationsWorking in a structured and systemised environment using industry-standard software
About you:
2-3+ years' experience in a Property Manager roleCurrent Certificate of Registration (essential)Valid driver's licenceStrong communication and client relationship skillsExcellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
