The successful candidate will also be required to assist both the Sales and Service teams by procuring and providing pricing, parts and technical assistance.This position is based out of TMHA's Kewdale site.Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesParts interpreting for a variety of machines including Forklifts, Skid Steer Loaders, Tow Tugs, EWP's, Excavators, Sweeper/scrubbersProviding pricing, parts & technical assistance to the sales & service teamsHandling customer enquiries,



identifying parts and dispatching in a timely mannerFollowing up outstanding quotations and purchase ordersServicing the technicians' parts requests as requiredCarrying out any other reasonable duties as requestedSkills And ExperienceExperience with parts interpreting and parts EPC systems.An understanding of the material handling industry (desirable)ERP System experience (Movex or SAP) desirable; together with intermediate PC skillsExcellent communication (written and verbal) & interpersonal skillsExcellent attention to detail and able to analyse dataAbility to be proactiveStrong customer focus with the ability to liaise with customers and staff at all levels.Qualifications & RequirementsCertificate III in Automotive Sales (desirable)Good knowledge of automotive parts (desirable)Previous experience as a parts interpreter within the material handling industry or similar (desirable)Previous experience with M3 (or SAP similar)systemsOur CommitmentTMHA is committed to ongoing growth and development of its employees.
