The RoleImpactEight is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Merchandise and Events Supervisor to lead the day-to-day coordination of donation processing, warehouse operations, volunteer programs, warehouse sale events, and corporate donation initiatives.
This role plays an important part in supporting ImpactEight's community outcomes by ensuring donated goods are efficiently managed while creating positive experiences for volunteers, donors, corporate partners, and stakeholders.To be successful in the role you will:Coordinate end-to-end donation processing, inventory management, stock distribution, and warehouse operationsCoordinate and engage a team of volunteers to undertake warehouse and sale activitiesBuild volunteer opportunities in the community and with corporate partners/organisationsPlan, lead and deliver warehouse sale eventsCoordinate corporate donation drives and workplace giving initiativesDevelop and maintain solid relationships with key stakeholders including corporate partners and community organisationsOversee and maintain Warehouse operations including monitoring and recording accurate inventory levels to meet capacityCoordinate event communications,
