Aliva is seeking an experienced Technical Engineer to join our Milton QLD helpdesk team.
You will provide hands-on IT support for MSP clients, covering on-premises and cloud environments, with a focus on service quality and rapid issue resolution.Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of IT support experience, robust communication, and familiarity with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and security best practices.
A valid Australian driver's licence is required.
