Help us build quality into everything we doIf you know VET compliance and enjoy turning standards, funding requirements and policies into practical processes people can follow, this could be a great next step.Builders Academy Australia (BAA) and City-Wide Building & Training Services (CWBTS) are looking for an experienced Compliance Coordinator to join our Quality Education and Compliance team.Working across two RTOs, you'll play a hands-on role supporting compliance, quality assurance, audits and continuous improvement while helping teams understand what positive compliance looks like in practice.BAA and CWBTS specialise in nationally accredited training for Australia's building and construction industry, grounded in the principle of "builders training builders."This is an opportunity to:Work across two established RTOs – BAA and CWBTSBuild broad exposure across VET compliance, funding and qualityBe involved in internal and external auditsWork with teams across training, operations and the wider businessUse your expertise to drive practical improvements, not just paperworkJob DescriptionFull-Time | Melbourne – Bourke Street Campus | 3 days on campus, 2 days' Work from HomeWhat you'll be doingReporting to the Senior Compliance Associate, you'll help ensure our training and operations meet regulatory, funding and legislative requirements.You'll:Maintain and improve quality assurance systems, policies and proceduresSupport compliance with training package, regulatory and funding requirementsCoordinate compliance documentation, reviews and version controlMonitor regulatory and funding changes and support required updatesPrepare for internal and external audits and track resulting actionsMonitor compliance risks, trends, data and improvement opportunitiesSupport validation, moderation and regulatory reporting activitiesProvide compliance guidance across teams,
including complex student mattersQualificationsWhat we're looking forYou'll already have experience within the VET/RTO environment and understand how regulatory requirements translate into day-to-day education operations.You'll bring:Experience in compliance or quality within an RTO or education providerStrong working knowledge of the VET Quality Framework and **** Standards for RTOsKnowledge of the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF)Understanding of VIC, NSW and QLD state funding requirementsKnowledge of CRICOS requirementsThe ability to interpret compliance requirements and apply them practicallyStrong organisation, attention to detail and problem-solving skillsConfident written communication and stakeholder engagement skillsStrong digital literacy and confidence working with systems and dataExperience with VETtrak/Ready Student, Ready Skills, Canvas and Microsoft Office will be highly regarded.A TAE***** Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent is desirable, but not essential.Additional InformationReady to build your next career move?
