About the Role
We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our growing search practice in Sydney.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment and executive search assignments, working closely with senior consultants and clients to identify, engage, and secure high-quality candidates.
You will play a key role in supporting search delivery through candidate sourcing, market research, and coordination of recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and search assignments, from briefing through to placement
Source, identify, and engage high-calibre candidates through market mapping and targeted search strategies
Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and suitability assessments
Prepare skilled candidate reports and shortlists for client presentation
Build and maintain solid talent pipelines and candidate networks
Support senior recruitment partners on complex and confidential search assignments
Coordinate interview processes,



candidate communication, and offer management
Maintain accurate candidate and job records within recruitment systems (e.g. Bullhorn)
Conduct market research to provide insights on talent availability and industry trends
About You
Experience in agency recruitment or executive search
Strong capability in candidate sourcing, screening, and stakeholder engagement
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously
Commercial mindset with an interest in market trends and talent mapping
Proficiency in recruitment systems and database management
Ability to work collaboratively within a high-performing team environment
