You'll be at the heart of the operation — leading people, driving performance, solving problems and making sure every shift delivers safety, quality, efficiency and output.We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, knows how to get the best out of a team, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and get involved.If you're ready to lead a team, make a real impact and grow with an expanding business, this could be the chance you've been waiting for.The RoleYou will take ownership of the day-to-day production operation, ensuring the team delivers safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.Your responsibilities will include:Leading and motivating production staff across daily operationsCoordinating production schedules and ensuring targets are achievedMonitoring output, efficiency, waste and downtimeMaintaining consistently high standards of product qualityEnsuring food safety, hygiene and workplace safety standards are followedTraining,



coaching and developing team membersManaging day-to-day performance, attendance and team issuesIdentifying opportunities to improve productivity and reduce wasteWorking closely with Quality, Warehouse and ManagementMaintaining accurate production records and documentationSupporting continuous improvement across the manufacturing operationEnsuring the production area is clean, organised and audit-readyAbout YouYou're an experienced production leader who enjoys people, pace and performance.Ideally, you will have:Experience as a Production Supervisor, Team Leader or similar within food manufacturingStrong knowledge of food manufacturing and food safety requirementsProven experience leading, rostering and developing production teamsExcellent communication and organisational skillsA strong focus on quality, safety, waste & productivityThe ability to remain calm and decisive in a fast-paced environmentA hands-on approach and strong attention to detailExperience working within HACCP and food safety systemsMust have a current forklift licenseFirst Aid and Food Safety Certificate would be advantageous but not essential
