What You'll Be Doing
No two days are the same in this role.
You'll gain exposure to a broad range of People & Capability activities, including:
Talent & Recruitment
Coordinating interviews and supporting candidate experiencesAssisting with onboarding and induction activitiesSupporting cross‐boarding and internal movementsManaging new starter equipment and system access
Learning & Development
Scheduling training sessions and capability‐building programsAssisting with training bookings and maintaining learning recordsSupporting the delivery of development initiatives across the business
People Operations
Preparing employment documentation including contracts and role changesMaintaining employee records and position descriptionsAssisting with HR reporting and data accuracySupporting policy updates and document control
Employee Engagement & Culture
Coordinating employee recognition programsSupporting celebrations, wellbeing initiatives and company eventsHelping organise our annual Christmas Party and site engagement activitiesCreating and distributing site communications
Compliance & Administration




Monitoring mandatory training completionSupporting policy acknowledgements and compliance activitiesResponding to employee enquiriesProviding administrative support across the site
We're Looking For Someone Who Is:

What You'll Bring
A recent or upcoming qualification in Human Resource Management, Business, Psychology or related discipline.Strong written and verbal communication skillsA positive attitude and willingness to learnStrong organisational and administrative capability
