As an Assistant Production Manager at Regents Park, you will support the Production Manager in leading a large team responsible for sorting, processing and preparing stock for the retail stores.
You'll play a hands-on role in driving daily output, supporting team performance and maintaining strong operational standards - while building the capability to step into a Production Manager role over time.
Reporting to the Production Manager, you will:Support the leadership of a high-volume production teamHelp drive daily output, productivity and workflow across the production floorMonitor team performance and support adjustments to meet targetsMaintain quality standards and consistency of processed stockSupport safe work practices and ensure processes are followedStep into leadership of the production floor when requiredWhat Your Day Might Look LikeYou'll spend most of your time on the production floor, working alongside your team and supporting delivery of daily targets.




You might:Coordinate workflow to ensure production targets are metSupport team members to improve pace and quality of workMonitor output and adjust resources in real timeAssist with onboarding and training of new team membersEnsure safety processes and standards are followedWork closely with other leaders to ensure stock flow meets demandAbout YouYou are a hands-on team leader ready to step into a broader operational leadership role.
