The Role
Providing Level 2/3 technical support and resolving more complex infrastructure issues
Troubleshooting technical problems, identifying root causes and implementing sustainable solutions




Supporting and administering Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Exchange Online
Supporting Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS and DHCP
Supporting cloud and hybrid environments, including Microsoft Azure
Supporting technical projects and infrastructure upgrades
About You
5 years of experience in systems administration & infrastructure support
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capability
Good experience with Microsoft 365
Solid Windows Server and Windows desktop/SOE knowledge
Experience with Azure and Entra ID
Active Directory and Group Policy experience
Exposure to Intune and/or Autopilot
