We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Automotive Finance & Insurance Business Manager to join our high-performing team at Cricks Highway, where we represent 13 new car brands as well as pre‐owned vehicles.

As a Senior Business Manager, you will play a key role in driving Finance, Insurance and Warranty performance, supporting the sales team and delivering exceptional customer outcomes.

Proven experience and strong results as an Automotive Business Manager

Experience with ERA, Finance Connect and/or LeadDriver will be highly regarded but is not essential.
Your primary responsibilities:
As a Senior Business Manager, you will be responsible for driving Finance, Insurance and Warranty performance while supporting the broader sales team to achieve dealership targets.
Your responsibilities will include:
Driving achievement of Finance & Insurance KPIs
Working closely with the sales team to maximise every opportunity
Managing enquiries, follow‐ups, deal negotiation and closing
Presenting and selling Finance, Insurance and Warranty products
Coaching and supporting sales consultants to identify F&I; opportunities
Building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
Ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the buying journey
Maximising profitability while maintaining a customer‐first approach
Maintaining accurate and timely reportingEnsuring all compliance and regulatory requirements are met
Leading by example and contributing to a high‐performance team culture
