Working across 3D modelling, gym layouts and rendering, you'll turn architectural plans and project briefs into visuals that bring proposed fitouts to life.

What you'll be doing
You'll work on client gym designs and sales proposals, helping customers visualise how their space could look and function.
3D room modelling: Build accurate models of client spaces from architectural plans using SolidWorks.
Gym layout and design: Develop equipment layouts that create functional, visually appealing training environments.
3D rendering: Produce renders in KeyShot, incorporating lighting, materials, finishes and equipment customisation.
Custom design elements: Create sled track designs, turf graphics, logos and customised equipment details using tools such as Adobe Illustrator.
Client proposals: Bring renders, layouts and design information together into professional proposal documents using InDesign.
Marketing content: As your skills develop, contribute to 3D renders, animations and other creative content.
Installation documentation: Assist with equipment installation drawings and supporting documentation.




You'll initially work on smaller projects with guidance from the team.
As you develop your skills, you'll have the opportunity to take ownership of larger and more complex projects.
What you'll bring
You may be a recent graduate in Industrial Design, Interior Design, Architecture or a related discipline, or have developed your skills through vocational study or practical experience.
Your pathway is less important to us than your ability, attitude and willingness to learn.
Technical capability - Experience with CAD or 3D modelling software such as SolidWorks, KeyShot or similar, and the ability to interpret architectural or engineering plans.
Creative ability - You enjoy creating and developing visual content and have an eye for design.
Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite would be an advantage.
Strong IT skills - You're comfortable learning and using different software and technology and are open to embracing current tools, including Artificial Intelligence, where they can improve the way we work.
Clear communication: You can discuss ideas, ask questions and communicate professionally with the team
A willingness to learn - You don't need to know everything on day one.

Organisation and initiative: You take pride in your work, manage priorities and balance quality with agreed deadlines.
A genuine interest in fitness and sport - You don't need to be a fitness expert, but you should have a genuine interest in the strength and fitness industry.
You might be a regular gym user, participate in sport or simply have a strong interest in the world of fitness.
