ATSICHS Brisbane is seeking an Aboriginal Health Worker to deliver holistic primary health care and education within a culturally safe framework for the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities in Brisbane.
You will work with a clinical team to support continuity of care and community wellbeing.Requirements include Certificate III in Primary Health Care and at least 1 year in primary health care, with a focus on respectful, client-centered service delivery and solid teamwork.
