We pride ourselves on building long-term client relationships, delivering exceptional service, and giving our consultants the autonomy to manage their own desk while being supported by an experienced team.About the RoleAs a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment across a range of blue collar industries including warehousing, manufacturing, transport, logistics, and labour hire.
You will have the flexibility to plan your day, prioritise your workload,



and deliver exceptional service to both clients and candidates.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-end recruitment and account managementIdentifying opportunities to expand client partnershipsBuilding and maintaining strong client relationshipsConducting site visits and client meetingsCandidate sourcing, screening, and interviewsReference checks and compliance managementDaily workforce planning and rosteringConducting toolbox talks and site inductionsCompleting Site Safety InspectionsManaging employee and client enquiriesFilling urgent, on-call, and ongoing workforce requirementsMaintaining accurate records within recruitment systemsWhat We're Looking ForPrevious experience as a Recruitment Consultant within the blue collar labour hire industryProven experience recruiting for warehousing, manufacturing, transport, logistics, and industrial positionsStrong relationship management skillsAbility to work autonomously and as part of a teamExcellent time management and organisational skillsAbility to prioritise competing tasks in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and problem-solving skillsA proactive, driven, and results-focused attitudeCurrent driver's licence and reliable vehicleWhat's On OfferFlexible hybrid working environmentIncentivesAutonomy to manage your own desk and schedule while working within a supportive team
