What's on offer?
We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Administrator to join our Coomera Connector Project, based in Helensvale.
This role will work closely within the onsite Finance Team to provide project support.
In this role, you will play a key part in the Accounts Payable function, as well as perform Accounts Receivable duties, general administrative support, and office duties, including:
Raising purchase orders, goods receipting and processing supplier payments as well as statement reconciliations.
Vendor and customer accounts set up and maintenance.
Managing and maintaining a high-volume inbox.
Processing recipient created tax invoices, expense reimbursements,



customers invoices, credit notes and refunds.
Responding to and resolving customer and supplier queries.
Assisting with the mentoring and development of other Site Administrators.
You will have previous experience in an administrative capacity, in a construction-based environment, with a good working knowledge of forms and contracts.
In addition:
A proven ability to provide leadership and guidance to the team, develop and contribute to an atmosphere of cooperation and teamwork.
A proactive attitude and the ability to work as part of a team whilst also having an ability to work independently.
Effective communication skills, with an ability to liaise professionally with both internal and external stakeholders.
Strong attention-to-detail and a focus on quality outcomes.
Excellent IT skills with JDE experience preferred.
