and is looking to grow their private practice work without the headache of running their own clinic.What's on offer:Contractor role (you'll work under your own ABN)Fortnightly retainer to support you as the patient base buildsOnce established, you'll earn 50% of billingsFlexible hours – ideally 1–2 later finishes during the week, with the option of a Saturday if you're keenRoom to grow your own caseload with full admin and reception supportReferrals from onsite GPs and the broader medical teamModern clinic with great facilitiesWho we're looking for:AHPRA-registered physiotherapistNew grads are welcome to apply, but ideally you'll have 1–2 years of private practice experienceConfident managing a general MSK caseloadGood communicator and happy to work collaboratively with GPs and other providersSomeone who's self-motivated and ready to take ownership of their roleA bit more about the retainer:We know that building a caseload takes time – especially in a current clinic.
To help with that, we're offering a fortnightly retainer to give you a stable income to start.
As things grow, you'll move into the usual 50% split model, with the potential to do very well long term.
