About You
This role would suit someone with a background in recruitment, ideally within construction recruitment, Residential construction, Insurance, Trade or related sectors.

The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant at Pathway Recruitment, you will have genuine autonomy over your market, clients and relationships, with the backing of a small and experienced team.
This is a 360 degree recruitment role where you will manage the full recruitment process and have the opportunity to build something of your own.
Your responsibilities will include:
Building strong and lasting relationships with clients through business development and networkingManaging the full recruitment lifecycle from the initial client brief through to placement and aftercareDeveloping a strong candidate network within your marketBecoming the go to consultant for your clients and candidatesIdentifying opportunities to grow your desk and develop recent businessSupporting marketing initiatives and other business projectsTracking and reporting on weekly activity and results
