The role will ensure system availability, regulatory compliance, vendor coordination, business continuity, and successful delivery of current technology initiatives.Job ResponsibilitiesManage uptime of business-critical applications including CBS, BACH, BEFTN, Internet Banking, etc.Ensure proper backup and restoration as requiredProvide advanced-level (L2/L3) application support as requiredPerform and support UAT activitiesLiaise with vendors for application issue resolutionCommunicate with stakeholders for managing and implementing change requestsProvide reports from application databases as requiredJob RequirementsExperience in application support, banking technology,
