Our unwavering focus ensures exceptional service delivery across all operations.As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a detail-oriented Technical Records Officer to join our Airworthiness and Maintenance team based at our Brisbane headquarters.About the RoleReporting to the Head of Airworthiness and Aircraft Maintenance Control, the Technical Records Officer is responsible for maintaining the integrity, accuracy and traceability of aircraft technical records and maintenance documentation.This role plays a key part in supporting fleet airworthiness by ensuring aircraft, engine and component records are complete, compliant and readily available to meet operational, regulatory and commercial requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and update aircraft utilisation, cycles and maintenance recordsProcess aircraft work orders, defects and maintenance rectificationsMonitor and maintain aircraft configuration and component tracking recordsControl life-limited component records and supporting traceability documentationSupport aircraft maintenance planning activities and maintenance forecastingMaintain Airworthiness Directive, Service Bulletin, modification and repair status recordsReview and maintain aircraft,
engine and component logbooksPrepare weekly and monthly utilisation reportingConduct routine audits of technical records and supporting documentationAssist with aircraft inductions, transfers, lease returns and due diligence reviewsMaintain record retention and archive control processesEnsure compliance with CASA requirements and Auriga Aviation proceduresAbout YouYou are highly organised, detail-focused and thrive in a fast-paced environment where accuracy matters.
You enjoy working collaboratively while also managing your responsibilities independently.Strong data entry, record management and document control skillsKnowledge of 30 and 42 Civil Aviation Regulations ****Excellent attention to detail and accuracyStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficiency across Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word and OutlookStrong organisational and time management skillsAbility to work effectively within a team and across multiple departmentsPrevious experience in aviation technical records, maintenance administration, maintenance planning or airworthinessKnowledge of aircraft maintenance programs and continuing airworthiness requirementsUnderstanding of aircraft configuration control and component traceabilityExperience working within a regulated aviation environmentWhy Join Auriga?
