The Duke of Dural, part of a boutique NSW pub group, is recruiting for a Full Time Duty Manager or experienced Assistant Venue Manager to lead our busy venue.You'll manage front-of-house operations, mentor a team, handle rosters, wage control, stock, invoices, and supplier relationships, and ensure NSW liquor and gaming compliance.We value calm, hands-on leadership, exceptional customer service, and pride in presentation, with availability across rotating weekends and evenings.
