We're hiring a full time Sous Chef to join our catering team and start immediately.We're hiring a Sous Chef to work directly with the Head Chef and lead the kitchen team across both.We're after someone who wants to stay and grow with the business.
With five venues there's real room to move up.What you'll doRun the kitchen day to day with the Head Chef: communication, prep, service and timingsPlan production, set-ups, logistics and timings for each day's events with the teamHold quality on every plate, across catering at the venues and at Lulus ResturantCoach,



delegate and develop the team so it runs without you on every passWHS, hygiene and HACCP complianceManage suppliers, product quality and food costsHelp shape menus and catering systems, and push the food forwardWhat you need3+ years in a production, events or high-volume kitchen, ideally with time as a Sous or senior CDPA track record of leading by example and training chefsWhat you get$85k - $95k+ superA direct line to the Head Chef and real input into the foodVisa sponsorship if required and available after probation.Growth across our group of five venues
