Education and training are central to staff development as we encourage all employees to strive and thrive.Bayside Health was formed following the merger of Alfred Health, Bass Coast Health, Gippsland Southern Health Service, Kooweerup Regional Health Service and Peninsula Health on 1 January ****.The Team & RoleAs a Grade 2 Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist within the Hand Therapy Service, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care to patients with hand trauma, acute injuries and degenerative upper limb conditions.
Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will conduct comprehensive assessments,



deliver evidence-based interventions including splinting and wound care, and support the management of surgical inpatients.
The role requires strong clinical reasoning, communication and organisational skills, along with the ability to supervise and mentor junior clinicians, students and Allied Health Assistants.
