You will own the day-to-day operations, drive exceptional customer experiences, and manage labour, stock and systems with a hands-on leadership style.The role focuses on building a high-performing team, overseeing shifts, maintaining standards, and partnering with ownership and senior management on performance and growth.
Availability across weekends is preferred.
