Nuts & Bolts
Process high volumes of supplier invoices accurately and on time
Match invoices to purchase orders and resolve any discrepancies
Prepare and process weekly payment runs
Reconcile supplier statements and keep the AP ledger squeaky clean
Be the go-to for supplier and internal queries by phone and email
Work closely with Accounts, Sales, Customer Service and the Directors to keep everything running smoothly
Support month-end close and reporting
Continuously improve AP processes to work smarter and faster
What You'll Bring
Proven experience as an AP Officer or in a similar role
Solid knowledge of AP principles and best practice
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A sharp eye for detail and strong analytical skills
Xero experience (ideal)
Great time management, with the ability to juggle deadlines
Confidence working on your own and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
