We're looking for an energetic, proactive and commercially minded HR Advisor to join our HR team at Winslow based in Campbellfield.You'll work closely with operational managers, supervisors and employees to deliver practical HR solutions, support workforce requirements and help drive improvements across our people processes and systems.If you enjoy a busy environment, thrive on getting things done and want a role where you can make a genuine difference, we'd love to hear from you.THE OPPORTUNITYReporting to the National HR Manager, you'll be part of a collaborative HR team supporting a large and diverse operational workforce.This is a role for someone who enjoys variety, can juggle competing priorities and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves.Your key responsibilities will include:Recruitment & Workforce SupportYou are an important part of a skilled and trusted industry-best team that continues to safely build outstanding infrastructure and sustainable communities by thinking differently.Manage end-to-end recruitment for a range of positions, including plant operators, labourers, drivers, tradespeople and supervisory roles.Work closely with operational managers to understand workforce demands, anticipate recruitment needs and fill vacancies quickly and effectively.Coordinate job advertising, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, reference checks, pre-employment medicals and onboarding.Develop and maintain candidate pipelines to support current and future workforce requirements.Liaise with labour hire providers and recruitment agencies to coordinate workforce supply and support labour requirements.Manage recruitment administration,



employment documentation, compliance checks and mobilisation requirements.Identify opportunities to improve recruitment efficiency, candidate experience and employee retention.HR Advisory & Employee RelationsProvide practical HR advice to managers and employees across a broad range of workplace matters.Support performance management, disciplinary processes, workplace investigations, grievances and employee engagement initiatives.Assist with the interpretation and application of Enterprise Agreements, Modern Awards and employment legislation.Support employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, employment variations, transfers and terminations.Build strong relationships with operational leaders and provide responsive, commercially focused HR support.HRIS, Systems & Process ImprovementProvide day-to-day support for HR information systems, including employee records, recruitment and onboarding workflows.Assist with HRIS administration, troubleshooting, data integrity and user support.Support the implementation, testing and continuous improvement of HR technology, systems and processes.Work with HR and IT stakeholders to improve system functionality, automation and the employee experience.Prepare workforce reports, maintain accurate HR data and assist with identifying opportunities for process improvement.Support the rollout and adoption of new HR modules and digital initiatives.ABOUT YOUWe're looking for someone who is organised, resourceful, confident and comfortable working in a fast-moving operational environment.You'll enjoy the challenge of managing multiple recruitment requirements while providing responsive HR support to the business.Ideally, you'll bring:Relevant qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline will be highly regarded.At least 1 year experience in an HR Advisor, HR Officer, Recruitment Advisor or similar role.Demonstrated experience managing high-volume, quick-paced recruitment, ideally within construction, civil infrastructure, manufacturing,



transport or another blue-collar industry.Strong understanding of recruitment processes, onboarding requirements and workforce compliance.Sound knowledge of Australian employment legislation, Modern Awards and Enterprise Agreements.Experience supporting generalist HR and employee relations matters.Confidence using HRIS, applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office applications.Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, particularly when working with operational managers and field-based employees.Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or similar HR platforms would be advantageous.Most importantly, you'll have a positive, can-do attitude, sound judgement and the initiative to identify what needs to be done and get it done.WHY WINSLOW?
