Duties and responsibilities:Prepare meals in line with the restaurant standardsSupport the ordering of food and suppliesCare for food supplies and leftovers appropriatelyInfusing flavours by adding seasoningsMaintain and operate the kitchen in a clean, sanitary, and protected cooking processPrepare meals for special events and additions functions,



adjusting the dishes accordingly with the dietary needs of the customersArtfully plating dishes with appropriate portions, accompanied by sauces, gravies, and garnishes.Develop menu suggestionCheck on store food and supplies are deliveredControlling the temperature of ovens, grills, and various cooking equipmentSkills and experience:Relevant Qualification or 3 years of experience in lieu of the qualification.At least 1 year of experience in the relevant role.knowledge of Italian cuisine.Position: Full Time (at least 38 hours per week) Salary: $79,********,000 per year depending on experience Location: Bowral, NSW ****.
