This is an opportunity for someone with foundational IT experience to grow their skills while contributing to a team-oriented team working fully onsite on a rotating shift roster.Key Responsibilities• Provide basic IT helpdesk support, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues• Support and maintain cabling organisation to ensure a clean and efficient work environment• Assist with stock control, inventory counts, and audit support activities• Document issues, solutions, and support activities accurately for future reference• Work collaboratively with the team to support day-to-day IT operations in a Microsoft environmentKey Requirements• At least 6-12+ months experience in a Level 1 IT Help Desk, Desktop Support,
