Build something you're proud of.We're a privately owned leading 4WD accessory retail outlet and Tyrepower store, known for quality products, expert advice, and outstanding customer service.We're on the hunt for an experienced Branch Manager to take full ownership of our store operations and lead a high-performing team at our Moorooka location on Brisbane Southside.This role is perfect for a hands-on leader who understands mechanical, tyres, loves the 4WD and automotive space, and knows how to turn great customer experiences into strong commercial results.About the RoleAs Branch Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall performance of the branch, including sales, team leadership, customer experience, and day-to-day operations.
You'll lead from the front, set the standard, and ensure the store runs safely, efficiently, and profitably.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and develop a team of sales, service, and workshop staffDrive sales growth across our passenger and commercial tyres with the power of TyrepowerDrive sales growth across 4WD accessories, tyres, and mechanical servicesDeliver exceptional customer service and build long-term customer relationshipsManage stock control, merchandising, and supplier relationshipsOversee rostering, payroll, and performance managementEnsure compliance with WHS, company policies, and operational standardsMonitor KPIs, budgets,
