Serco is seeking a Program Delivery Officer at Clarence Correctional Centre on the NSW North Coast.
You will assess inmate suitability for Offence Related Programs and deliver therapeutic interventions within a multidisciplinary Rehabilitation & Reintegration team.In this role you will manage program participants, monitor progress, and prepare evidence-based reports while contributing to trauma-informed through-care initiatives and safer communities.
